Automations are great! They run and do their work by themselves.
Robots are great! They perform without supervision.
AI is great! It replaces people.
All those tools are great and can perform at the highest level. Until they don't.
Make sure that you have a way (dashboard, reports, monitoring) to check and control them.
That's extremely useful at all stages of your journey, the beginning when your initiatives may be met with skepticism and worries as well as later when they get forgotten. Out of sight, out of mind as the saying goes.
